The AAJC Web site offers AAJC members two options to use the AAJC web site to bring greater visibility to their talents and expertise to the general public.

Option One - gives AAJC members a hyperlink on the AAJC web site to their personal web site, at no charge.

Option Two - caters to members who choose to have the AAJC create and post a “web page” on the AAJC site. There is a one time charge of $50 for the creation of the web page and an additional annual maintenance fee of $25.

Charges for updates to the web page at any point will be contingent upon the complexity of the requested changes. All fees are payable in advance. The web page can consist of:

• A brief biography
• Advertisement of Jazz related goods and/or services that you offer.
• Photo
• Your Contact information

All AAJC members are required to keep their annual memberships and web page maintenance fee up to date. Failure to do so will result in termination from the AAJC web page roster after thirty days without notice.

Additionally, the member must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement with the African American Jazz Caucus, Inc. The intent of this legal and binding Agreement is to indemnify the AAJC and the web page designers from any claims arising from and related to the member’s production, sale, promotion and marketing of all products, goods or services.
